Whale Watching Cruise

You can take a whale watching cruise to a number of different places throughout the world so that you can see the giants of the oceans. The best places to spot whales is in the Northern Atlantic ocean, the Northern Pacific Ocean and in the South Pacific during the winter.

You can take a whale watching cruise from Vancouver, Boston or Hawaii to see different whales in their natural habitat.

There are different types of a whale watching cruise that you can take. You can take a whale watching cruise on a regular cruise ship and see the giant creatures as the cruise ship cuts through the waters where the mammals live. You can also take a boat that will give you a better opportunity to see the whales up close. These boats can sometimes get rough and passengers often get wet when taking this type of whale watching cruise.

You will see different whales if you take a whale watching cruise off of the coast of Boston than you would if you took a whale watching cruise off of the coast of Vancouver. In Boston, you will most likely see Humpback whales, Finback Whales and Minke Whales, which are small and resemble dolphins.

If you take a whale watching cruise off of the coast of Vancouver, on the other hand, you will see an assortment of sea creatures and will hunt for the Orca Whale, also known as the killer whale. The Orca is a large whale and has a very sleek black and white body. You may or may not get to see the giant Orca whale if you take a whale watching cruise off of Vancouver, although this is the best opportunity to find these creatures.

If you want a tropical vacation coupled with a whale watching cruise, you will want to take a whale watching tour off of the Hawaiian islands. Here you will get to see many sea creatures as well as the Pacific Humpback whale. You will also get to bask in the glow of the hot Hawaiian sun when you take a whale watching cruise in Hawaii. You may choose a cruise ship to spot whales or you may take a Hawaiian Island cruise in the winter months, when you can usually spot the Humpback whale.

When you book your whale watching cruise, make sure that you find out if children are allowed on board, if you plan on traveling with children as there are some cruises that have an age restriction. You will also want to be sure to take a waterproof camera with you so that you can take pictures of the whales if you happen to spot them. A whale watching cruise is the best way to see these giants of the sea in their natural habitat.
